Return & Exchange Policy

Trivendra Ayurvedic Pharmacy

At Trivendra Ayurvedic Pharmacy, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal in physical ayurvedic products, we follow a strict quality check process before dispatch.

❌ No Returns

We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Exchange Policy (Damaged / Broken Products Only)

An exchange is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.


Conditions for Exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

 

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.

❌ No exchange will be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered by customer

  • Minor packaging dents without product damage

 

How to Request an Exchange

 

Email us at support@trivendra.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos + unboxing video

  • Description of the issue

 

🚚 Shipping & Replacement

  • Replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be borne by Trivendra Ayurvedic Pharmacy for approved cases
