Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only
International shipping is not available at this time

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
Any additional charges such as COD fees (if enabled) will be clearly mentioned

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect address details
Re-shipping costs (if any) will be borne by the customer

Damaged or Broken Products

If you receive a product in a damaged or broken condition:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Share an unboxing video along with images
Email us at support@trivendra.in

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange of the same product, as per our Exchange Policy.

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered
Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or broken products
